The company covers a floor area of 40,000 ㎡ and currently has about 100 employees, including 28 technicians ---- 16 senior technicians. Moreover, the company has advanced production equipment and perfect inspection instruments, including 96 low speed cold headers, 4 high speed cold headers, 24 ball flashing machines, 23 ball crushers, 83 lapping machines and 9 heat treatment devices, and it can further ensure the reliable product quality through the comprehensive inspection realized by Rockwell apparatus, electronic compression-testing machine, optical microscope, metallographic microscope, appearance profile meter, laser surface roughmeter, automatic appearance detector and steel ball vibration testing meter.
